SCSC Annual General Meeting - 25th Sep - You are Invited

Dear Member,

We are pleased to announce our Annual General Meeting scheduled for 25th September 2020.

The year witnessed quite a few achievements for SCSC and also emerged as a nodal agency to support Business continuity for Industry during the ongoing pandemic times. We have received tremendous support from our members in terms of relief activities for society at large. We are pleased to convey our gratitude to all our Member Companies for a Wonderful gesture shown by donations because of which we were able to take up lot of activities and initiatives like; COVID-19 Control Room, Food Distribution, Grocery Distribution, Safety Equipment Distribution, Sanitiser Distribution, Plasma Coordination, etc.

The impact created by Covid effort of SCSC in association with Cyberabad Police was tremendous. 11 Lakh food packs, 1.5 lac Grocery packs, 5500 units of blood, Plasma donation initiative are some of the notable contributions to Society.

As we may be aware, SCSC model was replicated Rachakonda & Hyderabad Commissionerates & in the process of extending to other Commissionerates in the State. Further, SCSC initiatives were also adopted by other States such as plasma donation. Pune & Chennai are in active discussion with us to emulate SCSC model in their respective cities.

- Presentation of Annual report by Secretary

- Presentation of audited financials for the year 2019-20 by the Treasurer

- Discussion on the audited financial Report and approval by General Body

- Chairman's address

- Appointment of the Auditor for year 2020-21.

- AGM approvals of other miscellaneous items

- Awards and Felicitations

- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

- Vote of thanks – AD
